About the Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled and driven Division IT Support Associate to join our team. The Division IT Support Associate will be responsible for providing IT support to all our clients’ offices and will serve as a liaison between headquarters and division offices. The support associate is expected to travel approximately 60% of the time. The ideal candidate will have IT/IS experience contributing to special projects and will be responsible for communicating with users of all levels of the company. They will report directly to the Division IT Support Supervisor and will receive their task directly from them. They will also collaborate closely with internal IS teams to promptly and effectively resolve technical issues. Additionally, they will oversee special project assignments related to IT/IS and provide regular updates to their supervisor on project progress and results. This role requires the ideal candidate to work on-site at our client's office, located in Denver, CO or Houston, TX.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support to division level technicians and IT managers, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and responding to service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborating with IT teams to resolve more complex technical issues and assist with special projects related to IT infrastructure.
  • Maintaining and updating documentation of IT policies, procedures, and user guides.
  • Assisting IS support teams with special projects that require division collaboration
  • Ensuring the company's compliance with industry-specific regulations and standards related to IT, such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or GDPR.
  • Providing IT training and support to division level techs and end-users alike when new tools are rolled out.
  • Collaborating with vendors and external partners to resolve technical issues or implement new IT solutions.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IT to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or Business Administration or equivalent years of experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in computer information systems, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the company.
  • Ability to manage special projects related to IT/IS.
  • Ability to travel up to 60%* of the time.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Familiarity with the Oil & Gas industry is a plus.
