Erik owns A23 Consulting in the Minneapolis area and works in the information technology business as a professional editor and writer. His 20+ years of experience includes product management, marketing, and technical training for software professionals. He is the content editor for CODE Magazine and he travels the world as a logistics and speaker manager at conferences produced by Penton Media, one of the largest publishing companies in the USA. In his spare time he cycles, runs and does non-profit work. Erik spent 10 years with the Edina A Better Chance Foundation where he worked as a tutor, managed the tutoring program and served on the board of directors. Erik is now the marketing officer for the Minneapolis Movie Bears.
